What is “electric” food?
Electric cell foods are those which are of high vibrational activity, and are alkaline foods. Greens and natural plants like mushrooms (except shitake mushrooms) are alkaline foods, and are what the body requires to function properly.
Improves your overall health naturally! You'll become healthy inside and out! You'll lose weight! You'll rid yourself of common diseases, strengthen your immune system, clear your mind, treat and ease ADD/ADHD, improve your skin….The benefits of shifting to an alkalinizing diet are wide ranging and often profound.
Set the goal. Make up your mind, and take action! Nothing gets going until it gets moving!
Change is good, but ’good’ change requires effort and the will to ’change for the better and for good’. In order to make a positive change into a healthy living lifestyle one must first train the mind to train the body!
It is up to one self to take the steps necessary, and to make a commitment to yourself to stay trim and ‘toxin-free' by feeding your body and your mind the right foods! Even negative thoughts and states of mind – anger, fear, distress – can be acid forming, by the way.
Eating the wrong foods will make us sick; not just physically by causing allergies, bowel movement problems, skin problems, weight gain… but by also negatively It affecting our brains and nervous systems We might see symptoms like irritability, moodiness, fatigue, hyperactivity, inattentiveness, etc….
The saying “You are what you eat” is true when you eat the wrong foods. Not only will your waistline expand, but you won’t be so much fun to be around either!
And who wants to gain weight, be moody, and unpleasant? Yikes! Just one of these conditions is bad enough as it is!
So let’s electrify our bodies and our minds with electric foods!
With an alkaline diet you’ll be jump starting your fitness goals, and feeling better than ever!
I was inspired to write this ’fitness overhaul’ of an article as a result of my own recent life experiences….Injuries, taking a year off from training and competing, dealing with life’s issues, and overdoing it with indulgences such as a little bit too much of a good thing-alcohol in my case(very acidic and toxic!). I needed to get back on track myself, and I started with my diet making sure to eat alkaline rich foods, and avoid acidic ones…..I am now feeling pretty good!
And let me tell you that the saying “what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger” is 100% true. I am still ’standing’, moving forward, and getting back on track!
To get fit physically, mentally and spiritually is quite a task! It’s a challenge for many of us, and almost impossible to achieve for some. But with the right mindset we can accomplish anything which our hearts desire! This has been the story of my life!

Our bodies' cells, fluids and systems are designed to function in an alkaline environment
(The stomach is a notable exception.). Immune and blood cells, for instance, love alkaline.
Our cells run on electricity, and “electric cell foods” are what they seek!
The universe is electrical in nature!
On the other hand, bacteria, molds and other nasty microbes thrive in acidic conditions.
A person’s typical diet is highly acid-forming. White bread, sugar, sweet fruits, meats,
and all processed foods contribute to inflammation, cellular breakdown, arthritis, and
chronic degenerative disease! Acidic foods destroy cells and cause degeneration.
lettuce, olives, onions, squash, and zucchini.
Try to eat raw as much as you can.
Avoid using a microwave. It is a nutrient killer.
Fruits: My 6 picks: Apples, oranges, bananas, cherries, melon, and mango.
Best if eaten before or right after working out.
Tip: Also it is a good thing to take a teaspoon or two of ‘good’ fats such as fish oil, or raw almond butter before eating fruits, if you are sensitive to sugar! The fat slows down the sugar from spiking up your insulin levels!
Spices and seasonings: My 6 picks: sea salt, oregano, cilantro, onion powder, cumin, and cayenne.
Sweeteners: my 2 picks: 100% pure maple syrup, and 100% pure agave syrup.
