IFBB Figure Competitor and Fitness Model...
Bio:
started bodybuilding a few years ago with no competitive ambitions, just a desire to achieve my ideal physique. I soon found I enjoyed the workouts so much that it became my hobby and remains so today. Important things for me when I work out are good music, concentration and optimal performance up to breakover point

Thank you for your time.
It was just a desire to achieve my ideal physique. I soon found I enjoyed the workouts so much that it became my hobby and remains so today.
My favourite exercises are squats, deadlifts, leg press, T-barbell rows.I don't have any special methods.
I train with weights 4 days a week and I do cardio 2 days a week.
2 x weekly whole body workout, approx. 70 min. per session, NAUTILUS machines only,
1 set per muscle group
2 x weekly dumbbell workout
2 x weekly cardio
I never trained martial arts.
I eat clean the most days of the year so I stay in pretty much the same shape all year around.
Lean meat, eggs, rice cakes, vegetables.
I take protein, Amino's and BCAA'S.
If you want to change your body you have to train hard persistently and watch your diet.
You can achieve everything you desire with determination and staying focused.
