What got you into working out?

What are your favourite exercises? and do you have any special training methods that you use?

Always strive to lift more, do more reps or both! Toned muscles come from weight training, not from cardio only.

How often do you train?

What is your weekly routine?

Do you train any martial arts? if yes, what was your martial arts journey?

Do you all have any special diets?

What is your favourite Healthy Food(s)?

What supplements do you take ? (protein, amino's etc)

What advice would you give our readers on exercising?

Thank you for your time.

I started working out at 17 when I bumped into my first Muscle & Fitness magazine in the newsstand.

I was horrified first by the fitness model on the cover, but got intrigued and decided to give my all to

become a bodybuilding professional and move to America. Up to that point I had been starving myself

more or less for five years and at the time I did not know how to get out of it. So, weight training and

bodybuilding changed my disciplined lifestyle from destructive to constructive, I changed from tearing

down to body to building my body.

Deadlifts and squats. They work the whole body and are essential for firm glutes! My training method is you got

to feel it and you are supposed to FAIL in the gym. Meaning, that if you complete the amount of repetitions you

aim for it is too easy and you need to step it up.

I train with weights 5 days a week and I do cardio 6 days of the week, sometimes 7, but the 7th day I don’t count

because it’s lower intensity to recuperate!

I usually train a split like this: shoulders-quads/glutes- back- chest/triceps/biceps/forearms – deadlifts, hamstrings/calves.

I do cardio separate times from the weight training, so usually am and pm workouts.

I did Krav maga back in Sweden for self-defense, I’ve done some BJJ and kickboxing, but with all the training I do to

stay lean I have a hard time keeping up with Martial arts too. I’ve gone through kappa and antiterrorist training as

well and that was the toughest thing I’ve done training wise!

Yes I have my own concept called FIGHTER DIET. It’s a lifestyle for those who want to be lean year round without feeling like you are starving yourself or deprived all the time.

Mustard, cabbage, greek yoghurt, pistachios and eggs.

I am endorsed by AST sports science and I use most of their products. I am a big believer in fish oil and BCAAs.

What you put in you get back. Meaning, if you don’t push hard consistently your body won’t

change its looks! And it does not matter how much cardio you do: you still need to watch your diet!
