National Level Bikini Competitor, Fitness Model, Personal Trainer and a Student...

Bio:

Since I can remember Always used to be made fun of for being the SKINNIEST girl outthere...

Had a very rough childhood and teenage years, dealing with school mates constantly picking on me for being a "string bean", on top of being an IMMIGRANT. Sounds funny now, but back in the day it wasn't at all... My metabolism NEVER slowed down... So no matter how much I eat I could never go over 125 pounds... I'd sit and browse through the fitness mags... Admiring all the muscular/toned girls, and dreamt that one day I could become it...

so here I am... A NATIONAL LEVEL BIKINI COMPETITOR... working on my PRO-CARD...

Life is what you make it!

What got you into working out?

What are your favourite exercises? and do you have any special training methods that you use?

How often do you train?

What is your weekly routine?

Do you train any martial arts? if yes, what was your martial arts journey?

Do you all have any special diets?

What supplements do you take ? (protein, amino's etc)

What advice would you give our readers on exercising?

Thank you for your time.

Since I was a kid, I was always made fun of for being really skinny, and looking through the fitness mags,

i'd always look up and admire the fitness girls, hoping one day to become one of them. Luckily I've been around

people who are in the industry pretty much my whole life, and I've been a gym member since I can remember...

between training myself and training my clients throughout the years I started noticing positive changes of my body,

as well as my self esteem. I started working out more and harder, until I got to a point where my day would be ruined

if I didn't get a chance to go to the gym...a simple hobby turned into a lifestyle and a dream became a reality.

So many, but the ones I could do all day are leg extentions and rope hammer curls lol.

I do every set until muscle failure, took me a while to find out what works for ME, and this is deff. it.

I'm in the gym every day, on my day off from weight training I'm in there doing some type of cardio.

I change it up ALL THE TIME, to shock my muscles so I dont have a set routine that I follow on weekly basis.

No, never got into it.. maybe in the future, you never know...

I don't like that word...DIET...Freaks people out. I eat clean all year around, have been for years now, so I stay in

pretty much the same shape all year around. I only diet hardcore for my shows or photo shoots, which I can

honestly say is the worst part of it all...I'd rather train 3 times a day than diet, but when I look at pictures from

the show and photo shoots it all becomes worth it :)

Mass-Tech, SizeOn, SuperPump and LG Amino Acid powder. Can't live without amino acids and protein tho,

it's a must have AT ALL TIMES lol.

You get what you give. Once you have made the commitment - stick to it, with determination and will power you

will always get results. Push yourself to the limit each time, and NEVER QUIT.
