6 Pack Abs Workout

These exercises mixed with cardio and good nutrition will
get you those Ripped Abs you are looking for.

Do the workout 2-3 days per week

ON THE GROUND

1. Crunches 20 reps, Tempo (2 seconds up, 2 second pause 2 seconds down per rep)

2. Lower Abs – Lying Leg Lifts (20 reps 1-1 tempo)

3. Supermans (30 reps )

4. Side Plank (Hold 1 minute each way or as long as you can go repeat on other side)

5. Decline Crunch (20 reps 3-3-3 tempo)

6. Flutter Kicks (1 minute)

7. Plank (1-2 minutes)

8. Full Situps (25-50 reps)

Do one exercise after the other and take only 10-20 seconds between exercises

Your nutrition needs to be a top priority when trying to cut bodyfat throughout your body even more in the stomach area. You need to eat healthy and clean, food such as, chicken breast, turkey, fish, veggies, sweet potatos, oatmeal, egg whites. These sorts of foods will help you cut your body fat. You need to start writing everything down that your eating and alos how many calories perday you are burning with your cardio this will give you a good idea of how muc fat and weight you will be losing.
