Working out for me was part of a lifestyle lead by my father. I played different sports at a young age. That kept me very active. After schooling I focused more on being in the gym because of the physical results. That grew into a sincere love of leading a healthy lifestyle.
My favorite exercises include leg press, seated row and the jump rope. A constant change every 3-4 weeks
and visualization(focused on the end result I wish to achieve) while training are the only special about my methods in training.
My normal workouts are done 5-6 days a week and during pregnancy I train 4 days a week.
Right now my weekly routine is:
Mon: upper body
Weds: yoga
Thursday: lower body
Saturday: Yoga
No martial arts only yoga for me :0)
I do not have a special diet other than trying to balance and eat healthy foods. The only time that changes is 2 week before pictures where I increase my protein intake and pay attention to what Carbs I put into my
body as well as what times.
Sushi by far is my favorite health dish. I love what the fish does for the skin as well as the body.
I am a big fan of Nutrex’s Chocolate protein PROGRAM and when a fat burner is needed I take the
Lipo 6 Black Hers. As far as vitamins, I take a daily multi vitamin, vitamin and Calcium.
My advice to your readers is listen to your body. Exercise adds great benefits to our lives physically
as well mentally when done in balance. HYDRATE ,TRAIN and allow the body REST.
