What advice would you give our readers on exercising?

Thank you for your time.

I was always athletic growing up, playing sports such as basketball baseball & football, so it was inevitable

that i would get into fitness, because i love being in great shape and feeling great, plus I'm always looking to

challenge myself physically and what better way to do that then working out. Also the fact that i'm a certified

personal trainer, keeps me focused to stay in excellent shape.

My favorite exercises are Bodyweight exercises (Calisthenics). My special training methods are doing each

exercise with minimal rest (20 seconds) in between each set, making it much more intense, and performing each

set to FAILURE.

I train 7 days a week one week, and then 5 days a week the following week, and I do this every week so ultimately

I'm only of f 2 days in a 2 week radius.

I alternate daily, doing upper body 1 day and lower the next, however, I switch up what muscles i'm targeting daily by the exercises I perform, using all Calisthenics exercises.

I use to do Tae Kwon Do when I was younger, I think that's why my flexibility is so advanced, but I haven't trained martial arts in years. It was great doing Tae Kwon Do, it also teaches you Discipline, mentally

Yes my diet is high protein and low to no carbs. This format keeps me very lean. With this regimen i'm able to eat several large portions, without to much starches.

Egg whites, grilled chicken, and broccoli

Currently I don't take any supplements at all, I never have, maybe if I was endorsed by a supplement company I would.

I get asked this very often, a lot of my fans and clients that I train ask me what supplements do I take and/or what supplements do I recommend for them to take ?
