Thank you for your time.

I was an athlete growing up and starting personal training and teaching aerobics in high shcool. My degree in college was corporate and comminity fitness/nutrition. During college I gained 40 pounds! When I moved to San Diego to be a trainer I realized I needed to practice what I preached! I lost the weight and changed not only my body but the way I felt about myself. That gave me the desire and motivation to make it my life long goal to help others reach their fitness goals as well! Thats when I started my own business Ultrafit Nutrition Systems, which is not called Cindy Whitmarsh Fitness!

I mainly iterval train! I love to jump rope, run, lift weights, spin and practice yoga!

I train 5 to 6 days a week.

Monday I run 45 minutes along with 20 minutes of ab work. Tuesday I teach a 1 hour cardio muscle class and

then take a 45 minute yoga class. Wednesdays I jump rope intervals with ab work and usually biceps and

triceps, followed by 30 minutes of yoga, Thursdays I run 30 minutes and then train chest back and

shoulders. Fridays I teach a 1 hour spin class. Saturdays I do a 1 hour yoga class and run 30 minutes.

Sunday I take off!

I wish I did but I dont.

I eat the same way all the time. Clean foods, 5 small meals a day, no sugar, soda, juice, bread or

pasta. I eat complex carbs like yams, brown rice and oatmeal, lean proteins like fish and chicken,

and good fats like my omega oil I take in the am (UltraOmega oil- www.Cindywhitmarshfitness.com)

for blood sugar and hormone regulation, almonds and avacados. I drink a gallon of water everyday!

I love egg white omeletes, yams, turkey burgers, and oatmeal!

I take a mix of calcuim, mag, potassium, my UltraOmega oil, and whey protein powder.

Cross training is the best way to get in shape. That means to do a mix of different kinds

of exercise througout the week. I love to interval trian! Hi intensity cardio, like jump rope

mixed with weight training exercises! Saves time and burns maximum calories!
