Brickhouse Fitness Miami, inc. is located in the heart of Kendall in sunny Miami Florida. This facility is unlike any other. It is a dedicated personal training studio that also offers boot camps, circuit training and sport specific athlete development programs. In addition to providing some of the highest quality personal training in Miami, Brickhouse helps their clients achieve tremendous success by designing personalized and highly calculated nutrition plans.

Brickhouse is owned and operated by Professional Fitness Model, Lucas G. Irwin and NPC Bikini Competitor, Soolmaz Hosseini. These two opened up the facility about a year and a half ago with the dreams of getting people as passionate about health and fitness as they are. They achieved their goal with flying colors and what they brought to clients was a 2,100 sq ft facility with a huge back yard area for outdoor training. I should probably mention this is NOT your ordinary gym. When you think of “hardcore” training you should think of Brickhouse Fitness. At this gym, failure is not an option; the trainers personally connect themselves with each and every client, pushing them to give their best effort every single time they step foot in the gym.

Brickhouse Fitness houses its own legend in personal trainer Bjorn “Swoll” Moncur. I have worked with the best of the best in the industry in order to get myself in perfect figure competition condition, but none have had even a tenth of the impact Bjorn has made in my physique. He not only has proven himself a master in the art of weight loss for new mothers and overweight individuals, but he has sculpted some of the best bodies in the industry. He has trained Soolmaz Hosseini, reigning Southern States and Miami Championships Bikini Overall champion and 17 year old fitness prodigy Silvana Arcila who has won nearly every show she has competed in, beating women with experience far beyond her own. In addition to fitness, figure and body builders he has also trained celebrities, professional American football players, college baseball players and basketball players.

I cannot recommend Brickhouse highly enough. If you are in South Florida and are looking to lose weight, tone up, gain muscle, or just learn how to eat healthier, there is no gym or facility above Brickhouse Fitness.
