BEN: Hello The Trusted Beauty Guide... BEN: 6+ years, but I have been in the health and fitness industry much longer. BEN: Make it fun, push them hard & make then sweat. Use Boxing & Kickboxing as a base to push them further, faster and harder. Incorporating weights, running & circuits etc. BEN: I trained at MINOTAUR THAI BOXING CHAMPIONS GYM under Christian Knowles. I did intense Thai Boxing training in Thailand. I also have qualifications in Boxersize & Strike training. BEN: Thank you, my strengths lie within Boxing, Kickboxing & Muay Thai Boxing training, maybe you fancy a round!? haha....... I have a passion for fitness and have helped many people achieve outstanding results. By using my knowledge and ability to interact with poeple to drive them forward to there goals. BEN: Level 3 Personal trainer, nutrition and weight management, core strength, circuits, spinning, Keiser Cycle. BEN: I've also done 2 London Marathons with a disabled runner. BEN: I do sport specific training both individual & team sports. I train people going through injury rehabilitation. People that want to push their boundaries.
