Guide to Building a Better Booty!
Summer is over, and that means you get to pack up your bikinis for a while. But with all the sexy new fall trends in skinny jeans and those second skin leggings this is no time to neglect those glutes. Whether you have too much junk in the trunk, or you need a little more bubble for your booty, follow these simple steps just 20 minutes, 3 times a week to build your better booty now!
BUTT KICKS (4 sets of 20 reps) BUCKET SQUATS (4 sets of 10 reps) BACKWARDS STABILITY BALL WORM (3 sets of 12 reps) WALKING LUNGES (Burnout Set (Meaning go until you drop!))

Set-up - Set-up - Set-up -
Position yourself a mat on all fours.
Action - Action - Action - Action -
Stabilizing yourself with your hands and one knee, lift the unsupported leg and kick towards the sky.
Stand with feet shoulder width apart
Keeping your back perfectly straight, bend at the waist and squat down PAST a 90 degree angle. Your butt will nearly be touching your ankles. Hold for 1 second then return to set-up stance.
Lay tummy down on top of a stability ball with arms above your head.
Pulling your legs and arms up so that your body is extended into a straight line over the stability ball, tighten your rear then return to set-up position.
Walking back and forth the entire length of the room, take long wide steps while dropping the back knee just before it taps the floor.
